Staff Backend Engineer, Developer Experience (Ruby)

As a Staff Backend Engineer, you will play a key role in enhancing and scaling the developer experience across engineering teams. You will lead initiatives that simplify development workflows, modernize testing strategies, and improve CI/CD efficiency. Working in a collaborative, global, and remote-first environment, you will combine hands-on coding in Ruby and Go with technical leadership to remove bottlenecks and shape the internal development ecosystem.
