Flow Experience Leader

Objective

The Store Manager is responsible for leading, managing and continuously developing all aspects of the store's business. They are accountable for creating and maintaining a positive and highly productive work environment that aligns with the company's mission. They will consistently achieve sales & profitability goals, operational objectives, merchandising standards and develop a highly successful Sales, Operations, and Visual team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies.
  • Leverage local market knowledge and brand competitors.
  • Monitor business trends and demonstrate strong business acumen through KPIs.
  • Lead and motivate the team using company tools, incentives and strategies to support sales goals.
  • Ensure the store team embodies ALO's mission and guiding principles when interacting with visitors.
  • Create an environment of growth, accountability and inclusivity through development, performance management, training and consistent coaching.
  • Conduct talent analysis and establish career progression plans to retain best talent.
  • Build internal & external pipeline through succession planning and recruitment strategy.
  • Oversee Sales, Service, Operations and Visual Managers to ensure execution of key strategies and operational guidelines.
  • Champion strong visual standards and support a safe, efficient work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to support organizational goals.
  • Be a brand ambassador and communicate effective strategies throughout the store.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience within retail or related industry.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Agile, able to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
  • Highly motivated to drive business in a fast- paced, innovative environment.
  • Business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Independent work ethic, time-management skills and personal accountability.
  • Alignment with and embodiment of ALO's Guiding Principles.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds; lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
  • Ability to stand and move throughout an entire shift.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country from start of employment.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position. Employees are expected to be available for opening, closing, weekend shifts, and during the holiday season from Black Friday to the end of the holiday season and the first week of January.
