Store Traffic Supervisor - MaxMara

Overview

Would you like to join the MaxMara Munich team as Store Traffic Supervisor? The Store Traffic Supervisor is responsible for managing the flow of consumers in the store. The main objectives of the role are: 1) ensuring the optimization of customer flow; 2) ensuring compliance with the team\'s daily shift schedule, in order to optimize store coverage. The Greeter reports directly to the Floor Manager of the entrance floor.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer flow in order to maximize sales results.
• Manages customer flow in an optimal manner, collecting requests and directing consumers to the corresponding department.
• Manages communication with department representatives via headphone, notifying the arrival of customers and introducing their requests.
• Provides support in planning the store team\'s day, and verifies compliance.
• Knows the collections in detail and follows any special projects according to company guidelines.
• Has an in-depth knowledge of the layout of the products inside the store, in order to direct consumers.
• Welcomes the consumer in the first step of their Customer Journey.
• Uses active listening to understand customer needs and direct them accordingly.
• Builds and consolidates the relationship with the customer through an individual approach.
• Promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of responsibilities.
• Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the care of the environment, business processes and organizational community.

Qualifications

• Have experience at least 1 year working as Greeter, preferably in a luxury/fashion field
• Are an excellent communicator
• Lead by example
• Are customer oriented and provide a wonderful customer experience in store
• Are goal oriented
• Are passionate about fashion and have a good understanding of fashion brands
• Are proficient with the digital tools in store
• Are a problem solver with strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Good knowledge of German and English language
