Responsibilities

As part of the worldwide SoC Test Supply Chain Division, you are responsible for understanding short and mid‑term customer demands for the V93K product portfolio in order to drive the right product. You play a key role in developing and evaluating alternative demand and supply scenarios, including risk assessment, influencing factors, uncertainties, upstream/downstream dependencies, supply chain implications and NPI/E&O risks while maintaining a high level of performance. You analyze, understand and monitor drivers for product demand based on customer and/or application specific requirements. You will drive in collaboration with Marketing, Engineering, R&D, Procurement and Service&Support the generation, communication and execution of a New Product manufacturing. You will lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams through ramp scenarios and implementation, achieving this by adapting industry‑leading planning concepts and strong cross‑functional collaboration with key business unit partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or a relevant professional qualification
• Knowledge and experience in advanced demand planning processes and methodologies
• Understanding about Supply Chain flow with all parties involved (internal & external)
• Superior communication and coordination skills (cross‑functional, cross‑cultural) across hierarchy levels
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
• Ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize multiple tasks in an international context
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills to address complex issues on an international scale with attention to detail and a results‑driven mindset
• Fluent English and German language skills (verbal & written)
