Strategy Manager - Building Components (d/f/m)

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive market segment strategies in alignment with organizational goals and sustainability agenda
• Drive key strategic initiatives to win future market opportunities
• Develop growth opportunities through adjacencies, white spaces, and new business models
• Evaluate customer needs and build application‑specific value propositions in close proximity to regional teams and customers
• Drive innovation pipeline with product development team by identifying untapped market opportunities
• Provide strategic insights and evaluation criteria to support M&A activities
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute segment‑specific initiatives and drive growth while advancing sustainability objectives

What makes you a good fit

• University degree in business, engineering or science
• Minimum 5 years experience in business development, marketing, strategy consulting role or equivalent
• Experience in relevant industries (e.g., materials, engineering, adhesives) with a strong technical component in previous roles is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and proven leadership skills in a complex and diverse environment
• Fluent English skills, German skills are beneficial
