About the opportunity

This highly skilled person at a manager level (individual contributor) will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Product initiatives through project management, partner selection for new and existing product initiatives and ensuring maximum performance of our different products using data analysis and KPI tracking. You will have the unique opportunity to work on complex projects such as launching new product features while driving business strategy and operational change.

In this role, you will

• Fully leverage and further develop critical business skills including quantitative and qualitative analysis, project management, communications, stakeholder management and leadership in a high-functioning team environment
• Collaborate with leadership across various functions on product execution and strategic topics such as KPI definition and monitoring, roadmap development and business case development
• Become the central point of connection between internal and external stakeholders including Product & Tech, Legal & Compliance, Customer Operations, Banking Operations, Marketing and external partners
• Lead high-impact projects in the investment field end-to-end, from initial strategic design to delivery execution to ongoing improvement and management
• Constantly review data to gain a deeper understanding of the products/projects under your supervision, and ensure their performance is in line with defined KPIs
• Be involved in the full lifecycle of partnership management from requirements gathering, through selection and negotiation to implementation of new partners and ongoing the supervision and analysis of their performance
• Do you have hands-on management experience in investment banking or investment platforms?
• Do you love solving complex problems using SQL for data analysis, creating business cases and KPI monitoring?
• Do you enjoy complex project management and aligning with multiple stakeholders on complex investment products?

Background

• You have 7+ years prior experience in financial services - fintech/banking, investment banking, or startups
• Direct experience in the investments field is a must
• Ideally graduated with an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics or a related field
• Understanding of key business drivers and desire to proactively seek out opportunities and recommend solutions that can be effectively supported
• Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail and fluency in Excel, as well as SQL, are a must
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across departments to develop ideas, identify opportunities and resolve conflicts
• Strong project management with experience in implementing large projects with senior stakeholders, ideally in the Investments space
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines and with shifting priorities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
