Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator Europe (m/f/d) . In this role you will be in charge of the distribution of finished goods to an assigned number of stores within Europe. This is a fixed‑term position, limited to one year due to a parental leave replacement, ideally starting May 1st 2026.
Job Responsibilities
Distribution
- Oversee the movement of finished goods from distribution points to our clients.
- Coordinating distribution of finished goods for an assigned number of stores.
- Plan and coordinate timely deliveries of new products.
- Assist with product availability and delivery processing for store openings and closures.
- Distribute VM products and collaterals to stores and franchise partners.
Inventory Management & Order Processing
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand and ensure fair distribution across the region.
- Process and track orders for timely and accurate delivery of the various stakeholder.
- Process B2B orders in our own ERP system, create payment requests, invoices and issue credit notes.
Communication & Relationship Management
- Serve as a key contact between internal departments (sales, planning, logistics) and external partners (franchises).
- Be a key contact of assigned stores/ECOM platforms, proximity warehouses with regards to product supply, stock levels.
- Conduct weekly calls with assigned stores for updates, information exchange, and alignment.
Problem Solving
- Identify and resolve supply chain inefficiencies.
- Create action plans to address low product availability.
- Monitor shipments and report to the Logistics Manager and stores in case of delays, non‑compliance, damaged products, etc.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse supply chain data to identify trends and seasonality, anticipate upcoming demand and optimise stock availability.
- Participate in the preparation of reports for stakeholders.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain.
- Independent and structured way of working.
- Excellent analytical skills and affinity for making connections.
- Pragmatic, agile mindset, proactive and solution‑minded.
- Good Excel skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
