The role We are looking for highly capable and motivated Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Düsseldorf. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and enjoys building strong cross‑functional partnerships — including frequent collaboration with our New Zealand head office. As the Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee end‑to‑end supply chain activities for the European region, ensuring product availability, operational efficiency, and exceptional service performance. You will play a key role in forecasting, logistics coordination, inventory management, and process optimisation. Key job responsibilities include: Manage end-to-end supply chain operations across the
DACH region , including demand planning, inventory management, order fulfilment, and local distribution activities Maintain strong, effective working relationships with teams in New Zealand, ensuring seamless communication on production planning, shipping schedules, and stock requirements. Lead and execute the monthly
S&OP and demand forecasting cycle , maintaining in-house control of forecasts and ensuring accurate inputs from the market. Take ownership of
regional inventory management , including conducting stock level monitoring and replenishment planning, slow-moving and at-risk stock analysis and inventory accuracy and reporting. Supporting write-down and provisioning processes. Monitor and manage
local suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers
within the MHDE scope, driving service, cost, and efficiency improvements. Analyse supply chain data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions. Support new product launches, promotions, and market initiatives from a supply chain perspective. Act as the primary operational support for the regional commercial team ensuring timely order fulfilment and issue resolution. Maintain and improve supply chain master data, planning parameters, and system accuracy. Drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes, tools, and systems, with a strong focus on practical, day-to-day execution. Note: Import/export processes and EU customs compliance are managed by the Global Logistics function.
Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes and skills: 3+ years’ experience in supply chain operations, logistics, demand planning, or inventory management roles. Experience working within international or multi-market supply chain networks. Strong hands-on experience with: Inventory management. Forecasting and replenishment. Order fulfilment and logistics coordination. Strong systems capability, including ERP and planning tools (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, D365, or similar). Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across time zones. Fluent English and German language skills essential.
