Supply Chain Specialist, temporary 2 years

Responsibilities

• Management of selected commodity suppliers, including coordination, order processing, and availability management
• Optimization of the service level to the customer, taking into account delivery times, inventory targets, and relevant material availability indicators
• Continuous scheduling and production control for multi-part seals at our location
• Contact person for the central warehouse, including case resolution and solution-oriented communication
• Cleanup of inventory in cases of overstocking, shelf life deviations, outdated items, quality reasons, or logistical deviations
• Contact person for the external service provider for individual packaging, including independent scheduling of the corresponding commodity items
• Ensuring stability, representation, and knowledge transfer within the commodity team

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of logistics, supply chain, or materials management
• Professional experience in scheduling, production planning, or inventory management is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the ERP system SAP, especially desirable in the areas of WH and DP
• Analytical thinking and confident handling of key figures
• Confident use of common MS Office applications (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Fluent German and English skills
• Strong communication skills, structured and team-oriented personality
• High level of personal responsibility and solution orientation
