System Engineer – Flight Management Systems (m/f/d). Location: Manching.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of FMS functions
• Design and development of Flight Guidance functions and trajectory generation
• Implementation of these functions in a simulation environment

Qualifications

• Completed studies in aerospace or a comparable qualification
• Several years of work experience in IT / information systems or aerospace
• Design and development experience is mandatory
• Experience with Python or C++ is required
• Experience with UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) und RPAS (Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems) is a must have
• Experience with IsaacSim and ROS2 would be a benefit
• Fluent English skills both spoken and written
• German knowledge is nice to have
