As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you are the operational heartbeat of our Talent team and ensure we attract and engage the right people to power our mission: enabling companies to access genuine green electricity—efficiently, professionally, and sustainably. You create seamless candidate journeys, remove administrative hurdles, and help shape a hiring experience that inspires.
This role is perfect for you if you want to learn Talent Acquisition from the ground up, use modern tools and AI solutions, and directly see how your work moves the entire team forward.

Source candidates primarily via LinkedIn and support talent outreach
Screen applications for basic requirements and move candidates through the pipeline quickly
Keep our ATS accurate and up to date at all times and maintain simple trackers for visibility
Schedule interviews, coordinate calendars, and prepare interview materials for the team
Manage candidate communication, handle updates and Q&A, and ensure a professional experience
Ensure fast pass-through of interview feedback and nudge stakeholders for timely reviews
Support hiring across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial with clear, reliable execution
Join Talent team rituals, learn best practices, and handle ad hoc tasks to keep hiring moving
Currently enrolled student (BSc/MSc); a gap year or between studies
Enthusiasm for operational excellence and the drive to improve how we hire, step by step
First exposure to productivity tools (e.g., Google Calendar) or the curiosity to learn them fast
A structured working style with great attention to detail while keeping the big picture in mind
Strong communication skills and genuine interest in people, talent, and hiring operations
Hands‑on mentality—you step in where needed and don’t wait for others to do it
Empathic, clear communicator who enjoys direct contact with candidates and stakeholders
Proactive mindset—you spot issues before they arise and develop solutions independently
Affinity for digital tools and automation—seeing technology as an enabler for better recruiting
Native German and fluent English, spoken and written
Berlin-based and available onsite
