Hi, I’m Nils Langner, Director - Engineering at WebPros and your future manager. Founded in 2016, the 360 Monitoring monitoring platform was pioneered to streamline the complexity of server and site monitoring. Recognizing the need for a solution, a team of industry experts came together to provide a robust, affordable and easy-to-use monitoring dashboard that anyone could understand and manage. In 2021, the WebPros group welcomed 360 Monitoring to the family, securing top-level monitoring capabilities for the wider community. We build holistic server monitoring solution, website monitoring. The product perfectly integrates with cPanel and Plesk and is part of newly launched WebPros dashboard. You will:

Lead a small, agile team of 3 engineers working on an established and stable server monitoring service Act as a hands-on Team Lead with a strong focus on frontend development using React Play a key role in the next product phase, including new features and a major integration into the WebPros Dashboard Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support a small, distributed engineering team Balance hands-on development with people and technical leadership Foster a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement Work closely with Product, UX, and other engineering stakeholders Technical Responsibilities

Hands-on development with React (must-have) and close collaboration on a PHP-based backend (nice-to-have) Drive improvements in testability and automated testing across the system Contribute to and help finalize the WebPros Dashboard integration Drive security best practices across frontend and backend development, coordinating vulnerability remediation and embedding security checks into CI/CD workflows. Your Qualifications

Strong, hands-on experience with React (required) Experience in a Team Lead or Senior Engineer role with leadership responsibilities Interest in or experience with PHP backend systems (clear plus, not required) Solid understanding of test strategies and testable frontend architectures Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset Comfortable working in a remote-first setup within Europe Nice to Have

Experience with monitoring, infrastructure, or server-related products Familiarity with CI/CD and modern development workflows Experience working on established, production-critical systems Your Impact In The First 120 Days

30 Days

Build relationships with your immediate team and product partners. Set up your dev environment and get familiar with our codebase and workflows. Complete onboarding tasks and small bug fixes. 60 Days

Deliver your first feature or larger bug fix independently. Demonstrate fluency in our version control and CI/CD practices. Participate in code reviews and contribute feedback. 90 Days

Contribute across multiple parts of the product. Collaborate closely with QA, Product, and Design to deliver value. 120 Days

Take ownership of the frontend infrastructure Lead discussions on technical design decisions. Drive improvements in development processes and tooling. You enjoy working in a remote, async-first environment. You take initiative and solve problems proactively. You collaborate openly across teams and time zones. You care about quality and the end-user experience. You prefer rigid structures and top-down direction. You find it difficult to adapt to changing priorities. You’re uncomfortable receiving and giving feedback. You avoid cross-team collaboration. How We Work

Team & Workflow: Remote, asynchronous (writers are across four time zones) Collaboration & Ownership: Self-managed work with a strong emphasis on being autonomous and proactive with good time management. Tech Stack & Tools: Git, Hugo, GitHub, GitLab, Markdown, HTML, Restructured Text (for now) Cloud & Infrastructure: not really applicable - we don’t interact with the infrastructure. Testing & Quality: Technical and Peer reviews are required for documentation. We also have checks in our pipeline to ensure quality for links and builds.
