We want you! This is not traditional Inside Sales Team Lead role. This is a strategic commercial Team Lead role at the heart of our revenue engine. As Team Lead Inside Sales, you elevate the commercial performance, strategic direction, and professional maturity of our Inside Sales organization, including Internal Account Managers and Commercial Inside Sales. You act as a commercial multiplier, capability builder, and cross‑functional integrator across the company. In this role you will report to our COO. You lead with commercial sharpness, operational understanding, and an eye for scalable growth. You are responsible for the commercial performance, development, and execution quality of your Inside Sales team. Together with the second Inside Sales Team Lead, you share governance over the PO Team and ROW Vendor Management. You connect commercial ambition with operational feasibility and drive improvements across the organization.
