Team Lead- Plattform Engineering (mfd)

As a Team Lead Platform Engineering youll lead our Platform team within the Data & AI department and play a pivotal role in shaping how services are built, managed and scaled across the organization. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of platform engineers, driving a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Design and implement platform infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles with tools like Terraform
• Operate and evolve our Kubernetes-based platform supporting deployment and scaling with GitOps practices
• Leverage Databricks and other Data Lakehouse platforms to enhance platform capabilities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with DevOps, MLOps and product teams to define standards and enable developer self-service

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading technical teams
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and enabling high-performing teams
• Experience in Databricks or other Data Lakehouse technologies with a deep understanding of Kubernetes in production
• Skilled in Python, Shell or Go and experienced with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• You thrive in a fast-moving environment and value collaboration and ownership
