About the role

As a Team Lead Platform Engineering, you’ll lead our Platform team within the Data & AI department and play a pivotal role in shaping how services are built, managed, and scaled across the organization. About your tasks

• Lead and mentor a team of platform engineers, driving a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Design and implement platform infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles with tools like Terraform
• Operate and evolve our Kubernetes‑based platform , supporting deployment and scaling with GitOps practices
• Leverage Databricks and other Data Lakehouse platforms to enhance platform capabilities
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with DevOps, MLOps, and product teams to define standards and enable developer self‑service

About you

• 3-5 years of experience leading technical teams is required
• Strong leadership skills , with a passion for mentoring and enabling high‑performing teams
• Experienced in Databricks or other Data Lakehouse technologies , with a deep understanding of Kubernetes in production
• Skilled in Python, Shell, or Go , and experienced with Terraform , CI/CD pipelines , and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• You thrive in a fast‑moving environment and value collaboration and ownership
