Team Leader (w/m/d) – Ingolstadt and Regensburg

Contract type: Part‑time

Location: Ingolstadt and Regensburg

Working hours: 25 hours per week, mainly in the mornings (between 6:00 am and 1:00 pm) from Monday to Friday (some Saturdays)

• Personnel management.
• Client communication (treatment with the client).

Requirements

• Dynamic and proactive person.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Residing in the area of the job offer.
• Knowledge of Spanish (C1) and German or English (at least B2).
• Driver's licence with driving experience (valued).
• Have the necessary documentation to work in Germany.
• Experience with personnel management (valued).

• Rentenversicherungsnummer (obtained when registering as a worker for the first time in Germany)
• Krankenkasse (German insurance card; scanned on both sides or registration letter)
• Steuerklasse (can be ordered from the Finanzamt)
