Team Leader Quality Control

We are looking for a Quality Control Team Leader for one of your pharmaceutical clients based in Berlin area. This role reports directly to the Head of Quality Control.

• Management of the QC team
• Resource planning in compliance with budget requirements
• Performing QC of the pharmaceutical products, including documenting and archiving the results in accordance with GMP
• Performing incoming goods inspections on all starting materials, excipients, and APIs
• Regular inspection on analytical equipment and associated documentation
• Assistance in the preparation of GMP-relevant documents
• After successful training, assumption of the position and 2nd deputy head of quality control

Requirements:

• University degree in natural sciences
• Professional experience in quality control and in the GMP environment at least 5 years
• Experience with instrumental analysis, e.g. GC, TLC
• Fluent German and English
• Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team
