POSITION DESCRIPTION

• Coordinate and manage the daily machine project business for the Americas region
• Ensure reliable revenue pacing and order tracking for machine projects
• Provide non-disciplinary leadership: support, motivate and guide the team in daily operations
• Act as the main interface between Customer Solutions, Service, Order Management, and other internal stakeholders
• Monitor and manage commission payments (agents / distributors), and open payments (customers)
• Identify bottlenecks and contribute to continuous process improvements across the order-to-delivery workflow

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• A completed commercial training combined with solid understanding of the full sales process (lead generation to delivery and invoicing)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role and project coordination
• Strong analytical skills and customer-oriented mindset
• High level of resilience, flexibility and problem-solving thinking
• Ability to motivate others and take ownership in a dynamic environment
• Very good language skills in English and German
