We're looking for an experienced engineer to fulfill the

Tech Lead DevOps Engineer

role and to take ownership of designing and implementing a deployment platform, maintain application deployment automation architecture, and contribute to technical solutions in collaboration with product and infrastructure teams.

Tasks to be solved

Ideate, design and operate the application deployment architecture.

Plan, design and implement continuous deployment (CD) pipelines.

Collaborate with product and infrastructure tech leads to identify focus areas, problem points, and provide solutions

Contribute to technical design decisions and implementation for deployment across company

Performing operational tasks to maintain the application in working condition.

Produce user documentation around your implemented solutions

Improve existing monitoring systems, including monitoring dashboards, alerts, and proposing application health metrics.

Job Requirements

6–12 months of experience leading a small team or mentoring engineers, and a strong motivation to grow into a technical leadership role.

Experience designing systems from scratch or (re)designing large parts of an existing system.

Proficiency in deployment automation systems.

Experience with cloud providers, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with a preference for Ansible or Terraform.

Knowledgeable in Kubernetes and understanding of its operational principles.

Experience with Docker/ContainerD.

Experience with scripting using Bash, Python, or other common languages

Understanding of version control management practices, such as GitFlow or trunk-based development.

Experience in Linux administration.
