The Technical Account Manager Domains / SSL will be responsible for providing strategic account management and technical support to clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Munich Metropolitan Area. Key responsibilities include independently managing customer projects and service providers worldwide, processing domain and SSL transactions, and advising and providing technical support / troubleshooting to our customers.
The role entails building strong client relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Existing knowledge in the areas of domain management, DNS, and SSL is desirable. (e.g. from webhosting industry)
