Technical Sales - Energy Storage

We are seeking a motivated and technically adept Sales Professional to drive the growth of our energy storage solutions across European markets. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in a technical sales or business development role, with a solid understanding of battery or energy storage systems and a proven track record in engaging directly with B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales strategies and identify new business opportunities within the energy storage sector, with a focus on commercial and industrial applications.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, understanding their technical and commercial needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Support technical and commercial negotiations, contributing to the closure of mid to long-term supply agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal R&D and engineering teams to accurately communicate product value propositions and ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Monitor market trends, policy changes, and competitor activity in the European energy storage landscape.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and technical conferences to enhance brand presence and generate qualified leads.

Your Profile (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Chemical, Industrial), Business with a technical focus, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or a customer-facing application engineering role , ideally within the battery, energy storage, electric vehicle, or related industrial/tech sectors.
  • Solid technical understanding of battery energy storage systems (BESS); direct experience is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrable experience in supporting sales cycles and building client relationships in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; Professional proficiency in German is mandatory . Any other European language is a plus.
