Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with log analysis of telecom protocols
• Root cause analysis
• Using simulators and diagnostic tools for verification and log analysis

Skills

Must have

• Extensive hands-on experience with NAD (Network Access Device) requirements discussion, development, verification, and log analysis in automotive contexts
• Proven experience collaborating with stakeholders like CONTI, Qualcomm, WNC, MTK, Esolutions to develop NAD features and resolve issues
• Expertise in 5G-NSA/SA protocols testing and log analysis
• Good knowledge of 5G architecture, Network Slicing, Beamforming, interfaces, and protocols (e.g., 5GMM, 5GSM, RRC, PDCP, RLC, MAC, PHY)
• Experience analyzing logs for 3GPP PTCRB/GCF/IOT conformance testing failures and carrier acceptance testing failures, providing recommendations based on test results
• Familiarity with LTE/NB-IOT/WCDMA RF testing, RRM testing, and protocol conformance testing (e.g., 36.521-1/3, 36.523, 34.123, 34.121)
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools like QXDM, QCAT, QPST, Wireshark, JIRA, Confluence, and others
• Experience with emulators such as ANRITSU MD8430A, MB8470A, SPIRENT MR3452, Rohde & Schwarz CMW500, and related equipment
