NDT Inspector (m/w/d)
Location : Ratingen
Contract : Full-time (37.5h) / Unlimited
Your Tasks & Goals
In the frame of the development of our Quality Innovation Initiative, Testia is looking for an NDT Inspector (m/w/d):

• Carrying out non-destructive testing (NDT) in the following test methods for aircraft Maintenance (Part-145):
  
• Ultrasonic Level 2 according EN 4179 / NAS410
  
• Eddy Current Level 2 according EN 4179 / NAS410
  
• Radiography Level 2 according EN 4179 / NAS410
  
• Penetrant Testing Level 2 according EN 4179 / NAS410
  
• Magnetic particle Level 2 according EN 4179 / NAS410
  
• Thermography Level 2 according EN 4179 / NAS410
  
• Documentation and evaluation of test results as a basis for test reports
  

Your Expertise

• Completed qualification as a inspector in non-destructive testing according to EN4179/NAS410 in the procedures, ultrasonic, eddy current, or Radiography testing. At least one of the test methods mentioned is required
  
• Evidence of experience times per EN4179 per procedure required
  
• Professional experience in the area of responsibility, preferably in the destructive testing of composite and aluminum materials
  
• Experience with NDT inspections on aircraft (EASA Part-145)
  
• Systematic, careful and independent way of working
  
• Willingness to travel
  
• Ability to work in a team, resilience, flexibility
  
• Knowledge of German or English
