We’re searching for a hands‑on Trading Operations Analyst who wants real responsibility from day one.

This role is not passive monitoring — you will actively ensure that systems, portfolios, trades, and balances remain accurate across all environments throughout the trading day.

We’re open to candidates with limited formal experience if they have strong fundamentals, analytical thinking, and the ability to learn quickly.

What professional skills matter most?

Required

• Understanding of trading operations in hedge fund, prop trading, or similar environments
• Familiarity with long/short equity or market‑neutral strategies
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
• Ability to work during U.S. market hours
• Ability to operate independently in a remote setup

Nice to have

• Python or automation experience
• Exposure to cloud or infrastructure environments (e.g. AWS)
• Experience working with prime brokers
• Quantitative, financial, or technical academic background
• Experience in high‑responsibility or fast‑paced environments

What will you do in the project?

Daily Trading Operations

• Support pre‑market, intraday, and post‑market workflows
• Ensure systems and portfolios are ready before U.S. market open
• Perform start‑and‑end‑of‑day reconciliations across systems and brokers
• Validate positions, balances, corporate actions, and P&L
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly

Monitoring & Issue Management

• Monitor live trading activity during market hours
• Detect anomalies early
• Resolve operational issues independently when possible
• Escalate risks clearly and quickly

Counterparty Interaction

• Communicate directly with prime brokers
• Handle borrow requests and locate processes
• Coordinate resolution of trade or settlement issues

Process Improvement

• Improve workflows, documentation, and controls
• Assist with automation initiatives
• Help build scalable trading operations infrastructure
