Program Overview

The “UniCredit Graduate Program” is a 12‑15 month rotation-based graduate program that offers an all‑round view of the OTC Derivatives & FX Middle Office. You will work in an international, supportive environment, learning through active participation in teams and projects.

Role & Responsibilities

You will support the OTC Derivatives & FX Middle Office within Digital & Operations Germany (CDOO). Responsibilities include:

• Processing derivative transactions and related asset classes on time.
• Performing independent trade validation checks as “First Line of Defense” to mitigate operational and fraud risks.

Requirements

• Final stages of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration with a focus on quantitative finance or equivalent, or completed studies within the last two years.
• Strong interest in financial markets and economic business, goal‑oriented and structured work style.
• Willingness to learn, curiosity and adaptability to meet challenges of banking.
• Programming skills to support process optimisation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
