What is your professional background?

• A strong academic record in fields such as Industrial, Electrical or Business Engineering, (Business) Economics, Supply Chain Management, Software Engineering, E-Mobility, Material Science or similar.
• At least six months of relevant practical experience in an environment close to one of the working areas above.
• A minimum of four months of studying, working or travelling abroad.

What are your personal skills?

• You are fluent in German and English.
• You approach demanding projects and cross-functional collaboration with passion.
• You take on responsibility with motivation and drive.
• You are open to other people, different cultural backgrounds and new perspectives.
• You master your everyday work with creative solutions and out of the box thinking.

Please note: We assess all qualifications in total and rate them against one another . Which topics can you expect?

• As part of our highly skilled and supportive team, you will immerse yourself in a specific business area within the BMW Group. Together, we will identify the field that best aligns with your interests, such as (Strategic) Purchasing, Supplier Network or Quality Management.
• Taking responsibility as of day one, you will be dealing with a wide range of tasks around innovative technologies shaping the future of sustainable mobility with your team.
• Again, depending on your personal background, you will work on complex purchasing and quality topics in areas such as Digitalisation, Cost Engineering, Sustainability and Supplier or Quality Management for Indirect Goods and Services, E-Mobility, Interior/Exterior, or a similar technology cluster.
