Role Description

The Travel Designer will be responsible for designing and managing exclusive travel experiences, including consulting with clients, handling travel arrangements, and managing reservations with precision and attention to detail. This is a full-time hybrid role, based in the Greater Hamburg Area, with the opportunity for partial remote work. The role also involves engaging with customers to ensure a seamless and personalized travel experience, from initial consultation to post-travel follow-up.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service orientation with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage complex itineraries and deliver tailored travel experiences
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Passion for travel and knowledge of global destinations
• Proficiency in relevant software and booking platforms is a plus
• Fluency in English and in German or additional languages is advantageous
