UX/UI Product Designer

Your mission

(This role requires you to be based in Berlin) Take full lead of our design system and product UI as we prepare for a major launch. This is your opportunity to shape the foundation of a product that will impact people’s lives on a global scale.

Work closely with our Head of Product to understand our users, vision, and product goals.
Redefine our design system in Figma, creating a unified and scalable design language.
Design core product interfaces and user flows with a high level of craft and autonomy.

Your profile

2–5 years of experience designing digital products (mobile and web).
Strong visual and interaction design skills, paired with great taste and a thoughtful approach.
Proficiency inFigma and with component-based design system.
Ability to work independently and take ownership from day one.
Fluent in German & English (spoken & written).

Bonus points for:

Experience in healthcare or designing for complex, sensitive user journeys
Experience designing analytics dashboards or interfaces that involve AI and data-driven interactions
