Planning Manager

to prospect, identify, secure and manage venues for our events.

Your role You will play a key role in the successful rollout of our events across Europe. Your main responsibilities will include: Identifying, prospecting and sourcing

new event venues Managing and monitoring

rental contracts Negotiating rental fees

and contractual terms Developing new markets , including opening new cities Managing and maintaining relationships with

venue partners Data analysis and reporting ️ Managing and optimizing the

event planning schedule

Your profile 1–2 years of experience

in a similar role (planning, events, real estate, business development, or related fields) Strong

prospection and communication

skills Well-organized, autonomous and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Data Analysis proficiency German and English proficiency
