Responsibilities include:

1. Strategic leadership and development of the Digital Strategy & Execution Team with management.
2. Overall responsibility for customer acquisition, team staffing, project prioritization, execution, success, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
3. End-to-end project implementation, defining go-to-market strategies, requirements, and ensuring smooth execution and excellent customer experience.
4. Development of internal know-how and external partnerships.
5. Standardization of processes and quality assurance for projects and solutions.
6. Participation in sales and pitching activities, developing new services based on industry trends.
7. Collaboration with the Leadership Team and representation at events and universities.
8. Support in recruitment and team development with the People & Culture Team.

Requirements include:

1. University degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA advantageous.
2. 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, transaction advisory, or digital marketing.
3. Deep understanding of tech and commerce landscapes, tools, and trends.
4. Proven leadership, team coordination, and project management skills.
5. Strong analytical, communication, and results-oriented skills.
6. Fluent in English, service-oriented, responsible, passionate.
