Here we are looking for support as VIE Performance management Missions: Taking over first projects for process optimization in the area of customer service within DACH to improve customer satisfaction, costs and quality Conducting feasibility studies and building business cases for order automation or EDI projects Supporting daily business of DACH Customer Solution team via analyses and process improvements Quantitative ad hoc analysis and evaluation of customer service processes and order data Über Dich Completed studies in the area of Business Administration/Economics First professional experience through relevant internships in supply chain, ideally with reporting and data analysis Very good knowledge about MS Office applications (especially MS Excel), VBA and Power BI knowledge are a plus SAP knowledge preferable, very good numerical reasoning, as well as ability to think analytically and conceptually Fluent in English, German is a plus Are you eligible for a V.I.E? V.I.E is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract. You must be aged 18 to 28. You must have completed national service obligation. You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area. You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your V.I.E. You have never done a V.I.E before. What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E ? There are no taxes and charges on salary, as a V.I.E your social security is covered by April international. You will be granted with 2,5 days off per month.
