Your mission

You are the organizational backbone of our R&D department. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you takefull ownershipof our development warehouse. In this role, you are not just managing inventory; you are a process shaper who ensures—through order, structure, and a proactive work ethic—that our engineers can work with maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Warehouse Management:You manage the entire material flow—from physical goods receipt and system-side booking to demand-driven staging for development projects.
• Establishing 5S Standards:You actively live and breathe the 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain). You optimize storage locations, ensure clear labeling, and maintain a consistently high level of cleanliness and clarity in the warehouse.
• Process Design & Ownership:You challenge existing workflows and optimize warehouse layouts to eliminate search times and accelerate access to prototype parts.
• Hands-on Material Handling:You lead by example and get stuck in—whether unloading deliveries, professionally packaging sensitive assemblies, or setting up new racking systems.
• Inventory Integrity:You ensure that physical stock matches the system 100%. You perform regular inventory counts and proactively manage shortages.
• Professional Handling:Ensuring the correct storage of all components, including basic ESD protection measures for electronic parts during handling and packaging.
