Welding Supervisor (m/f/d)

Supervision of welding work and welding processes

Participation in the creation and review of welding instructions

Monitoring of procedure and manual skill tests

Inspection of compliance with quality standards and documentation of quality checks

Independent handling of welding-related documentation

Monitoring of deadlines, material usage, and application

Evaluation of welding work during prefabrication and coordination of corrective measures

Contact person for welding and materials-related issues, including customer interaction

Management of welding equipment and assistance with annual inspections

Inventory of welding filler material storage and ordering of materials

Your Profile:

Completed vocational training of at least three years

Additional qualification as a welding specialist (e.g., EWE or IWE)

Several years of professional experience as a welding supervisor, ideally in pipeline and plant construction

Knowledge in non-destructive testing (e.g., visual inspection VT) is desirable

Independent, reliable, and structured way of working

Resilience and strong customer orientation

Good command of German, both spoken and written (Knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage)
