Deine Aufgaben

Mitarbeit im Recruiting (Stellenausschreibungen, Bewerberkorrespondenz, Terminorganisation).
Unterstützung bei Onboarding und Offboarding.
Vorbereitung von HR-Dokumenten (Verträge, Bescheinigungen, Zeugnisse).
Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten (z.B. Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement).
Datenpflege und Dokumentenmanagement.
Strukturierte Erfassung und digitale Ablage von Eingangsrechnungen.
Monatliche Zusammenstellung und Aufbereitung von Belegen für die Buchhaltung.
Unterstützung im Office- und Reise-Management.
Organisation und Vor- und Nachbereitung interner Meetings oder Veranstaltungen.

Dein Profil

Du bist immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) der BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Sozialwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
Verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit sensiblen Daten ist für Dich selbstverständlich.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Der sichere Umgang mit MS Office gehört für Dich zum Arbeitsalltag.
Dich zeichnet eine sehr sorgfältige, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise aus.
Teamfähigkeit sowie Kommunikationsstärke gehören zu Deinen Stärken.
Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein sorgfältiger Umgang mit Prozessen und Dokumentation runden Dein Profil ab.
