Windchill Support Specialist (F/M/D)

Job Responsibilities

System Administration & Configuration

• Install, configure, and maintain Windchill PLM environments (Development, Test, Production).
• Manage user accounts, roles, and access permissions in Windchill.
• Configure workflows, lifecycles, and object types to meet business requirements.

CAD Integration & Data Management

• Support integration of CAD tools (Creo, BricsCAD) with Windchill.
• Ensure proper version control, BOM synchronization, and CAD data integrity.
• Troubleshoot CAD-PLM integration issues and assist design teams.

Customization & Development

• Develop and maintain customizations using Windchill APIs, Java, and XML.
• Create reports and dashboards for product data and lifecycle tracking.
• Implement automation scripts for repetitive PLM tasks.

Training & Documentation

• Conduct training sessions for engineers and administrators on Windchill functionalities.

Prepare user guides, SOPs, and troubleshooting documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of PTC Windchill PLM system (installation, configuration, administration).
• Experience with CAD integrations (Creo, BricsCAD).
• Proficiency in Java, JSP, XML, and Windchill customization techniques.
• Understanding of product development processes and BOM management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
