As a Workday Talent & Performance Consultant

You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in Talent & Performance domains, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objectives and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
  • Host workshops and lead discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering both HCM and Compensation functionalities.
  • Independently lead your workstream and report on progress.
  • Lead diverse and disparate teams, liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations.
  • Actively support innovation through creation of new industry‑leading methods and assets.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading multiple End‑to‑End Workday HCM and Talent & Performance implementation projects from initiation to completion, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Prior experience implementing Workday HCM / Talent & Performance or relevant on‑premise or cloud‑based platforms.
  • Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions.
  • Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, and possess analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Fluency in English.

Desirable

  • Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday Talent & Performance workstreams.
  • Experience with Workday's Data Migration tools and Security framework.
  • Up to date Workday, HCM / Talent & Performance certifications.
  • Mid‑level Workday experience.
  • Additional Workday certifications.
