Working Student (f/m/d) IT Architecture / IT Service Management

Aufgaben:

You support the documentation and visualization of IT architectures by creating and updating technical documents as well as illustrating system landscapes and process flows. In close cooperation with architects and developers, you help capture technical details and ensure that our knowledge base in Confluence is well-structured and up-to-date. Additionally, you assist in the development of templates and documentation standards to continuously improve the quality of our IT documentation. You contribute to IT Service Management processes by supporting activities such as incident, problem, and change management, while also preparing service-related data for reporting purposes. Finally, you take on general administrative tasks and participate in departmental projects, ensuring smooth coordination within the team.

Qualifikation:

Education: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

Experience and Skills: You have very good skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with tools such as Draw.io or MS Visio is a plus. You have initial experience or a strong interest in IT architecture or IT service management topics. You are comfortable working with technical documentation and have an affinity for structuring information.

Ways of Working: You enjoy organizing topics, maintaining an overview, and are characterized by flexibility, commitment, reliability, and the ability to work independently.

Languages: You have strong communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken.
