**The Impact You'll Make**
We are looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) to support our HR team **starting immediately and ideally until 31 December 2026** .
As a working student, you will work **up to 20 hours per week** with a schedule that accommodates your academic commitments. We offer fair compensation and the opportunity to gain your first handsu2011on experience in a professional HR environment alongside your studies.
**What Youu2019ll Be Doing**
Provide general administrative support in our dayu2011tou2011day HR operations
Maintain data in relevant HR and IT systems
Support (international) HR projects
Communicate with managers and employees
Prepare and update documents, reports and presentations
**What We're Looking For**
Bacheloru2019s degree (at least 3 semesters completed) or masteru2019s studies in business, social sciences, psychology or related fields
Initial practical experience in HR is a plus
Careful, structured work style paired with strong organizational skills
High level of independence and sense of responsibility
Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
Strong affinity for IT and willingness to learn new systems
Very good MS Office skills (especially Teams, Excel and PowerPoint)
Confident English skills and **excellent German skills, both written and spoken**
