What You’ll Own

Creative Strategy Development

  • Develop deep audience understanding for our clients through precise analysis, using these insights as the foundation forcross-channel creative campaigns .

  • Observe and evaluate platform trends onLinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and Display , translating them into strategic recommendations.

  • Independently conceivestorylines and user argumentation chains for ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and Display.

  • Developpsychologically grounded customer journeys that intentionally engage, activate, and convert users.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely withCreative and Performance teams to merge data-driven strategies with sales psychology.

  • Write compellingcopy in both German and English , tailored to audience needs and platform specifics.

  • Actively contribute to the evolution of YOYABA’sCreative Strategy approach , shaping the strategic direction of the department.

Strategic Thinking & Innovation

  • Combinestrategic thinking with the ability to develop creative concepts based on data.

  • LeverageAI tools effectively in daily workflows—AI is more than a buzzword to you.

  • Maintain a proactive, structured, and independent working style with high quality expectations.

What You Bring (Required Qualifications)

Experience & Industry Knowledge

  • Several years of experience in conceiving and developing creative social media campaigns—ideally in anagency, SaaS, or e-commerce environment .

  • Strong understanding ofperformance marketing and cross-channel impact mechanisms.

Strategic & Analytical Abilities

  • Pronouncedstrategic thinking and the ability to develop data-driven creative concepts.

  • Experience translating audience insights into compelling campaign narratives.

AI Proficiency

  • AI is more than a buzzword —you have practical experience using AI tools and know how to integrate them meaningfully into your daily work.

Language Skills (Non-Negotiable)

  • Excellent German (native or C2-level written and verbal).

  • Good English skills (B2/C1) for internal and external communication.
