Act as the client's owner's representative, embedded alongside and managing the SaaS vendor (Octave) through design and build.
Manage the vendor relationship end to end, governing scope, schedule, quality, and commercial terms.
Review, challenge, and sign off on configuration design and solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee integration design and build across scheduling, finance/ERP, and reporting/analytics data feeds.
Govern data migration approach and validate migrated data for pilot projects.
Coordinate stakeholder engagement across scheduling, finance, IT, enterprise architecture, and controls leadership.

What You'll Need:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in capital projects controls, enterprise systems implementation, or technical project management.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field.
Ability to work on-site as needed; remote role with some in-person time for collaboration.
