• Act as the client's owner's representative, embedded alongside and managing the SaaS vendor (Octave) through design and build.
• Manage the vendor relationship end to end, governing scope, schedule, quality, and commercial terms.
• Review, challenge, and sign off on configuration design and solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee integration design and build across scheduling, finance/ERP, and reporting/analytics data feeds.
• Govern data migration approach and validate migrated data for pilot projects.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across scheduling, finance, IT, enterprise architecture, and controls leadership.

What You'll Need:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in capital projects controls, enterprise systems implementation, or technical project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• Ability to work on-site as needed; remote role with some in-person time for collaboration.
