APPIT Software Solutions is hiring a Visual Designer (Brand & Marketing) in Berlin, Germany . Elevate the APPIT Software brand identity and marketing presence from Berlin, creating compelling visual designs across digital and print channels that drive engagement and brand recognition.

Responsibilities

Design marketing collateral including landing pages, social media assets, presentations, and email templates
Evolve and maintain brand guidelines ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and regions
Create illustrations, iconography, and visual assets for product and marketing teams
Design layouts for blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and other content marketing materials
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign visuals and advertising creative
Produce event materials including booth designs, banners, and promotional merchandise

Requirements

3-5 years of professional visual or graphic design experience
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity work, marketing design, and illustration skills
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, grid systems, and visual hierarchy
Experience creating designs for both digital and print media
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

Nice to Have

Experience with motion graphics or video editing
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template design
Experience with localization and multilingual design
