Visual Designer (Brand & Marketing)

APPIT Software Solutions is hiring a Visual Designer (Brand & Marketing) in Berlin, Germany . Elevate the APPIT Software brand identity and marketing presence from Berlin, creating compelling visual designs across digital and print channels that drive engagement and brand recognition.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral including landing pages, social media assets, presentations, and email templates
• Evolve and maintain brand guidelines ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and regions
• Create illustrations, iconography, and visual assets for product and marketing teams
• Design layouts for blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and other content marketing materials
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign visuals and advertising creative
• Produce event materials including booth designs, banners, and promotional merchandise

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional visual or graphic design experience
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity work, marketing design, and illustration skills
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, grid systems, and visual hierarchy
• Experience creating designs for both digital and print media
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template design
• Experience with localization and multilingual design
