Overview

Gofore is seeking a Senior Secure OT Software Engineer to develop secure industrial and Operational Technology (OT) software. The role involves working on long-term security-critical OT projects across public and private sectors, focusing on embedded systems, hardware interfaces, and embedded Linux / Yocto Linux customization. The engineer will ensure security is integrated throughout the system lifecycle, promote secure development practices, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams including security experts, QA, and clients.

Responsibilities

Develop secure OT software for embedded systems and OT environments.
Contribute to secure software practices across the software lifecycle and promote security-minded development.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams including security experts, QA, and clients.
Work on long-term OT projects across public and private sectors, with emphasis on embedded Linux / Yocto Linux customization and hardware interfaces.

Qualifications

5+ years of software development experience.
Expertise in secure software practices and embedded C/C++.
Experience with OT protocols such as Modbus, OPC UA, and CAN.
Familiarity with device security concepts (secure boot, firmware integrity).
Knowledge of IEC 62443 standards; experience with OT-IT bridging is advantageous.
