Tasks

As Senior Project Manager SAP S/4HANA Transformation (m/f/d), you will be responsible for leading complex end-to-end projects and guiding our customers safely into the S/4HANA future:

Overall responsibility for the planning, control and successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA projects – including budget, scheduling and resource management.
Management of large, international projects in the roles of overall project manager , rollout manager or IT coordination .
Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary and international project teams as well as efficient stakeholder management at corporate level.
Application of the SAP Activate Methodology and execution of all phases, from fit-to-standard workshops through testing and migration activities to successful go-live.
Ensuring project quality , risk management and compliance with defined standards throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Actively tackling technical and procedural challenges – you create solutions instead of just managing them.
Further development of project management processes and standards in the SAP environment.

Qualification

To be successful in this role, you bring a combination of excellent leadership qualities and deep technical understanding:

Several years of relevant professional experience in project and team management , ideally from demanding corporate structures where you always acted on an equal footing.
Proven expertise in SAP, especially in S/4HANA transformations and common project methodologies (e.g. SAP Activate).
Technical or IT background: You have sound technological skills , preferably from SAP development (ABAP, Fiori, integration scenarios) or a technical IT environment.
They are strong communicators , solution-oriented , and not afraid to take unconventional paths .
They appreciate the thrill of unique, transformative projects and love their individual freedom in how they organize their work.
