Cluster Lead role promoting swine health consumables and equipment products to Artificial Insemination Centers, Veterinary Clinics, Research Institutions and Aquaculture Enterprises across the DACH region
Lead a sales team of 6
Target the acquisition of new customers, as well as the growth and retention of existing accounts
Hands-on role, meeting customers and driving revenue with travel up to 70%
Accountable for the quality and timelines of data in the CRM system
Accountable for all commercial activities and development within the region

Proven sales leadership experience within livestock health, ideally within the swine health space
Nationality - open, with proven experience in Germany
Languages: Fluent in German and English
Minimum of 5 years in field-based sales and customer management roles
Livestock experience - specifically knowledge of the swine industry
Proven experience leading a sales team within the field
Previous experience working with sales management tools
