As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.

The Role

As Junior Solutions Manager you will enable the local sales organization to present our offer and ensure the technical correctness of the workflows offered in the pre-sales phase. The purpose of this role is to leverage deep expertise in hardware (terminals), back-end systems, and SaaS (advanced HUBs, permit systems) to support tenders and presales activities and to help win more business. Moving beyond traditional support, you will actively co-pilot high-value opportunities and equip the sales force with strong competitive knowledge. With support from your manager you will collaborate closely with regional sales teams, product management, and other Solution Managers across Europe. In this position, you will facilitate the conversion of complex technical requirements into revenue.

How to make an impact

Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle by qualifying customer needs, matching them with product capabilities, and addressing objections with credibility.
Work on the technical content of complex RFPs/RFIs/tenders, collaborating with peers to build reusable templates, content libraries, and strategic "win themes."
Bridge the gap between client use cases and product capabilities by co-creating value propositions and providing vital feedback on unmet needs to Product Management.
Deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations that highlight differentiators, technical robustness, and roadmap alignment through engaging storytelling.
Empower the sales force by training teams on product updates and creating localized enablement assets such as battlecards and playbooks.
Evangelize the product and build the Arrive brand by representing us at events, webinars, and industry forums.

About you

You are a driven, collaborative professional who thrives at the intersection of technology and sales. With a strong growth mindset, you excel at translating technical requirements into clear, compelling value propositions.
You are a natural problem-solver who enjoys working cross-functionally to bridge
gaps, build confidence with clients, and champion innovative solutions. You bring an educational approach to the workplace, fostering a culture of technical understanding for the teams supported by your contribution.
Your proactive nature ensures you are always learning, tracking market trends,
and anticipating customer needs to help us build more livable cities. You are able and willing to travel for your job.

Your background

Bachelor or Master in computer science or engineering
2+ years of experience in a sales engineering, or technical support role, ideally with exposure to
industrial hardware products in a B2B context.
In-depth technical knowledge of Terminals or Kiosk systems (operational principles, components, maintenance, and integration), electronic payments, database systems and artificial intelligence alongside SaaS concepts.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in providing technical trainings to sales teams, coupled with strong analytical skills and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
Professional fluency in both English (C1) and German (C1). It is a plus, if you speak French.
