As Data Scientist / AI Engineer (m/f/d) Play a key role in shaping this future. You will analyze complex processes, identify potential applications for AI, and develop models that are not only high-performing but also scalable and practical. Development of AI-based applications for process automation and analysis of internal data structures
Identification and implementation of meaningful use cases for data analytics, machine learning and LLM technologies
Development of high-performance software components for existing internal systems
Design and implementation of scalable microservices and stable interfaces to internal and external platforms
Advantageous: Experience with LLM-based applications and AI model integrations

Your profile

Several years of experience in full-stack software development and enthusiasm for modern AI technologies
Motivation to accompany AI solutions from the idea through prototypes to productive implementation.
Deep understanding of microservices architectures, distributed systems, and high-performance interface designs.
Advantageous: Knowledge of PHP, SQL, C#, Node.js or Python
Experience in customizing CRM or workflow systems (e.g., Bitrix24) is a plus.
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in software development or a technical environment
Excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English
