Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all‑things‑digital” solutions, is on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst – ServiceNow ITOM / ITAM to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document IT operations and asset management processes.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and asset management teams.
• Define requirements for CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and asset lifecycle management.
• Convert business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Support process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct gap analyses and process assessments.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Hands‑on expertise with ServiceNow ITOM and/or ITAM modules.
• Strong understanding of CMDB and asset management processes.
• Experience working with enterprise IT operations environments.
• Fluent German (C1) and English.
• EU‑based location.
