Experience

• Act as the main point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients, including employees and retirees.
• Provide advice and support on all payroll and HR-related matters.
• Prepare and execute monthly payroll processing and related activities.
• Ensure compliance with tax, social security, labor laws, and contractual regulations.
• Manage monthly and annual closing activities, including communication with tax authorities, health insurance funds, and public institutions.
• Handle error analysis and troubleshooting in SAP HCM, respond to client inquiries, and document processes.
• Contribute to HR and payroll-related projects.

Mandatory Requirement

• Solid knowledge of payroll processing, tax, and social security legislation.
• Relevant professional experience in payroll administration or related roles (e.g., tax assistant or payroll specialist).
• Experience with SAP HCM (or similar payroll systems).
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Analytical mindset with strong numerical and problem-solving abilities.
• High customer orientation and strong communication skills.
• German language skills at C1/C2 level.
